An artisanal winery with a striking construction starting in 1869, and built by the engineer López Frugoni. Officially declared as one of Mendoza's historical monuments, Bodega Familia di Tommaso is a family-run vineyard and a good lesson in traditional wine making.

All materials with which the vessels were built were brought from Europe: English bricks, cement from Germany and machinery from France and Italy, some of which are currently displayed in a small museum, nowadays it is all blended with the modern technology.
