My name is Kirk Wilson. The Bottle Cellars was conceived through our world travels. We find one thing rings true the world over. Great wine.

Soon I discovered my mission: Find amazing wines and then sharing these treasures with you. Bringing these treasures to you requires building relationships with trusted and respectable producers. Through our exploration, we continue to find wonderful family owned operations, both big and small. In building relationships with these wineries, we personally visit every producer to observe daily operations, cleanliness, attention to detail, how the workers are treated and respected, the vineyards, fields and equipment- all essential to making these great wines. To that end, through my observation, travels and discoveries, I have narrowed thousands of producers down to a very select few. With a carefully chosen representation of producers, we are able to offer a wine portfolio unequaled in breadth and variety that has fantastic appeal and quality.

In South America, it isn't all about contracts and signatures. We must also understand the culture and experience how commerce is differs from that North America is accustomed to. It's about exploring the people and the land. It's about finding gifted artisans. It's about winemakers who love and live through their creations. Our relationships continue to grow as we return regularly to see how the families are doing, how the wineries are changing, maturing, expanding.
